These terms govern your use of this store and every order you place on it. Buying from Mars Meno means you accept them, so it is worth the five minutes.
1. Accepting these terms
By browsing this store, creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the date of your order.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Our products are dietary supplements intended for adults. We may refuse or cancel any order, and we may limit quantities, when we suspect fraud, resale or abuse of a promotion.
3. Orders, prices and payment
An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you the order confirmation. All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes and duties unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Promotional prices apply only while the promotion is live and cannot be applied retroactively.
- If a price or a product description is published in obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
- Payment is captured when the order is placed, through our payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
4. Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. You can pause, reschedule or cancel at any time from your account. Changes take effect on shipments that have not yet been processed; an order already in transit is treated as a normal order and is covered by the guarantee.
5. Shipping, delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees — carriers have weather, holidays and their own bad days. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a package arrives damaged or never arrives, see our returns and guarantee page; we will replace it or refund you.
6. Refunds and the 90-day guarantee
Our 90-day money-back guarantee, including its limits, is described in full on the returns page and forms part of these terms. In short: one guarantee refund per household, claimed within 90 days of delivery, with no product to ship back.

Do not attempt to break, scrape at scale, overload or reverse-engineer this store, and do not use it to resell our products without a written wholesale agreement. Reviews and messages you submit must be your own honest experience; we remove content that is fraudulent, abusive or unlawful.
9. Intellectual property
The Mars Meno name, logo, formulas, copy, photography and site design belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission. Submitting a review or a photo gives us a non-exclusive right to display it on the store and in our marketing, with attribution to your first name.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Mars Meno is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, write to us — the overwhelming majority of disputes are resolved by one honest email. Your mandatory consumer rights in your own country of residence are not affected.
