What the guarantee covers
The 90-day money-back guarantee applies to your first order of any Mars Meno product, whether you bought it once or on a subscription. It covers the full purchase price of the product.

Damaged, wrong or missing items
If a package arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We ship a replacement at our cost — you do not need to use the guarantee for this.
Lost or undelivered packages
If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, check with your neighbours and your building first — it resolves most cases. If it is still missing 3 business days later, write to us and we will open a carrier claim and send a replacement.
Cancelling a subscription
You can pause, reschedule or cancel a subscription at any time from your account, with no phone call and no retention script. Changes made before the renewal date apply to the next shipment; a shipment already in transit is covered by the guarantee like any other order.
Order changes and cancellations
We ship fast, which is good news until you want to change an address. Write to us as soon as possible — if the order has not been handed to the carrier we will fix it. If it has already shipped, the guarantee still has you covered.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the original payment method. We process them within 5 business days of approving the claim; your bank or card issuer may take a further 3 to 10 business days to show the credit. Original shipping charges, when they applied, are included in the refund.
